About
Aloha! I believe our value system shapes our priorities, influences our interactions with others, defines our behavior, and is rooted in our culture and traditions. The intrinsic need for connection makes loneliness difficult, as it feels unnatural and distressing. Many experience cycles of isolation, yearning to attach and connect. My goal is to empower clients to overcome barriers to connection, fostering their relationships both with themselves and with those who are important to them. I help my clients improve communication, learn new ways to reach others, and interact with vulnerability to create more fulfilling relationships.
I have experience providing therapeutic services in the mental health field and have served in various roles within the federal (military), state, and private sectors helping people of all ages in their homes, communities, and schools. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship distress.
I am deeply passionate about strengthening families, couples, and individuals to live healthier and more fulfilling lives. In my personal life, I am learning the ins and outs of neurodivergent parenting and loving every minute of it!
"There is no beginning or end to healing. The seeking of health and healing is a process spanning from ‘ōpio (youth) to kūpuna (elders) and is spiritually understood as the essence of healing and health.” ~ Kupuna Malia Craver
